Facilitated by Daniel Montoya and Alice Belle, the dance flows to music, currently with the live music of Simon Davis (keys/voice) and Emily Sclar (violin/vocals).

Over 90 minutes, you’ll be invited to move gently and authentically — listening to your body, honoring your boundaries, and choosing how you engage with yourself and others. Touch is always optional and guided by clear consent, helping cultivate a safe, supportive, and deeply nourishing environment where you can simply be, feel, and heal.
